The Crawdad Nation Standard

Character Above All

Character is what you do when no one is watching. At Crawdad Nation, every choice, every moment, builds the foundation of who we are—on and off the field.

Family, Community, Unity

A family that fights together, thrives together. We are more than a team—we are a community bound by trust, loyalty, and unshakable support.

Relentless Growth

Every day is a chance to be better. We embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and push past limits to create a legacy of excellence.

Servant Leadership

True leaders lift others. We lead from the front and empower from the back, putting the team’s success above individual accolades.

Competitive Excellence

Excellence isn’t a goal; it’s our standard. Pressure is a privilege, and preparation ensures we rise to every moment with courage and poise.

Youth Lacrosse Teams

Crawdettes (Girls K-8th)

Crawdettes represent the fierce spirit of Crawdad Nation. From beginners to experienced players, this all-girls team fosters growth in skills, confidence, and character. With a focus on camaraderie and competition, these athletes develop the tools to excel on the field and lead with pride off of it.

Juniors (Boys K-4th)

In Juniors, the youngest members of Crawdad Nation take their first steps in lacrosse. Through fun, energetic practices, boys develop the basics—cradling, passing, shooting, and field awareness—while learning teamwork and sportsmanship. This is where their passion for the game ignites, setting the stage for a lifetime of growth and grit.

12U and JV (Boys 5-6th)

JV players are in the heart of their developmental journey. With an emphasis on mastering intermediate techniques and understanding game strategy, these young athletes experience the thrill of competition. Leadership and resilience take center stage as players grow into confident teammates ready to make an impact on and off the field.

Varsity (Boys 7-8th)

Varsity is where Crawdad athletes sharpen their skills for the next level. Through rigorous training and competitive play, players embrace pressure, refine advanced strategies, and step into leadership roles. This team sets the tone for Crawdad Nation, embodying grit, poise, and excellence as they prepare for high school and beyond.
